Take the Training

The CITI course entitled NIH/PHS Conflict of Interest Course provides training in the PHS regulations and MIT Policy on Conflicts of Interest in Research for all PHS-funded Investigators (PIs, Co-Is and key persons).

Log into the CITI website to select the NIH/PHS Conflict of Interest Course and complete your COI training.

Please be sure to select the correct training – in addition to the NIH/PHS Conflict of Interest Course, MIT uses CITI to provide training in the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR - required by NSF) and the Ethical Use of Humans as Experimental Subjects (IRB).

All completion reports will be transmitted to MIT's training record module.

Once you complete the training, no further action is needed.
